From Downtown to Out of Town

Our Travel Policy

I’m happy to serve clients throughout the greater Atlanta area and surrounding regions. To ensure transparency and consistency, the following travel policy applies to all bookings:

Local Service Area – No Travel Fee

I travel up to 30 miles one-way from Conyers, GA at no additional charge.

Travel Fees Beyond 30 Miles

For properties located more than 30 miles away (one-way), a travel fee of $0.65 per mile (round trip) will apply.

Example Calculation:

If your property is 50 miles from Conyers:

(50 - 30) × $0.65 × 2 = $26 total travel fee

Extended Travel (61+ Miles from Conyers)

To simplify long-distance quotes, flat rates apply:

• 61–100 miles: $125
• 101–150 miles: $200
• 151+ miles: Custom quote (may include overnight stay)

Multiple Properties = Discount

Booking multiple properties in the same area on the same day?

Enjoy 10% off travel fees.

Overnight or Remote Locations

For shoots requiring overnight stays, clients will be responsible for lodging, meals, and additional costs. These will be discussed and included in your custom quote.

Flexibility for Repeat Clients

Travel fees may be waived or discounted for:

• Large-scale projects
• Bulk bookings
• Long-term partners
