Although each project is unique, on average you can expect up to 30 photos for certain projects.

Local Service Area (No Charge):
I will travel up to 20 miles each way from Conyers, GA, at no additional travel charge.

Travel Charges Beyond 20 Miles:
For locations beyond 20 miles (each way), a travel fee of $0.65 per mile (round trip) will be applied.

Example Calculation:
If your property is 50 miles away, the travel fee is calculated as follows:
(50 miles - 20 miles) × $0.65 × 2 = $39 total:

Extended Travel (Over 60 Miles):
For properties located 61 miles or more from Atlanta, a flat rate is applied for ease of calculation:
61-100 miles: $125
101-150 miles: $200
151+ miles: Custom quote (includes accommodation if needed)

Multiple Properties Discount:
If multiple properties are scheduled in the same area during a single trip, a 10% discount will be applied to travel fees.
Travel fees may be waived for large projects or bulk bookings.

Overnight or Remote Locations:
For locations requiring overnight stays, clients are responsible for covering lodging, meals, and additional expenses. These will be discussed and included in your custom quote.
